61: Neighborhood Crimes - Brook Oaks, Baylor, and Downtown

We are starting a new series as we look at individual neighborhoods and their crime stats and what these neighborhoods can do to help combat the influx of crime or continue with the job well done if crime has decreased. Each Neighborhood Engagement Team (NET) Officer will provide details on their neighborhoods.
